KNIT by Curver is a collection inspired by the art of knitted textiles. A selection of furniture for ‘knitted addicted’. This applies a 3D knitted-look to resin design, marrying the trend for knitted textures and craftsmanship with the everyday, functional qualities of the material. A collection of Indoor and Outdoor furniture and accessories. Design & Innovation have always been the core values of Curver an international company and the market leader in Europe and beyond specializing in the production and sale of plastic household products for home and leisure. The installation at Design Junction spaces during the London Design Festival 2015 has be designed by London-based FranklinTill Studio, that has taken inspiration from the everyday functionality of plastic to create a concept, in which visitors experience the specially curated collection in a vibrant and colorful environment.
KNIT by Curver è una collezione ispirata all’arte di tessuti a maglia. La texture della maglia viene applicata agli oggetti in resina stampati in 3D, creando una collezione di oggetti interni, esterni ed accessori. Design & Innovation sono da sempre i valori fondamentali di Curve, societå specializzata nella produzione e vendita di prodotti in plastica per la casa ed il tempo libero. La vivace e colorata installazione curata dallo studio FranklinTill ci ha permesso di sperimentare questi prodotti particolarmente curati e funzionali.
